Customers are tracked for 30 days via a cookie when they click your affiliate link. If they purchase within this period, you earn the commission.

Payments are processed 45 days after the customer purchase to allow for refund compliance.

Allowed:

• Promoting to friends, family, or colleagues.
• Sharing affiliate links on social media platforms and email lists.
• Writing blogs, articles, or creating videos about QLearnX courses.
• Using official logos, banners, or promotional materials provided by QLearnX.
• Running paid ads to promote QLearnX (if approved).

Not Allowed:

• Using affiliate links on discount or coupon websites.
• Offering unofficial discounts or promotions without authorization.
• Using links for personal purchases to earn commissions.
• Making false or misleading claims about QLearnX or its courses.
• Modifying or misusing official promotional materials or logos.
• Spamming or engaging in unethical promotional activities.

Yes, but only with prior approval. Ads must comply with ethical guidelines and accurately represent QLearnX.

If a customer requests a refund within the 14-day refund policy period, you will not earn a commission for that sale.
