Affiliate Program Terms of Use

Thank you for choosing to be part of the QLearnX Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue participation in our Affiliate Program.

1. Eligibility

1.1 To participate in the QLearnX Affiliate Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Agree to comply with these terms.

1.2 QLearnX reserves the right to refuse or terminate your participation in the program at its sole discretion, with or without cause.

2. Enrollment

2.1 To join the QLearnX Affiliate Program, you must complete the registration process through our Affiliate Portal.

2.2 Your application will be reviewed, and we reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

3.1 You agree to:

  • Promote QLearnX products/services in an ethical and professional manner.
  • Avoid misleading or deceptive marketing practices.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

3.2 You must not:

  • Use spam or unsolicited emails to promote QLearnX products/services.
  • Misrepresent QLearnX products, services, or company.
  • Use prohibited content (e.g., offensive, defamatory, or illegal material).

4. Affiliate Links

4.1 You will receive a unique affiliate link after approval. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your affiliate link is correctly implemented in your promotions.

4.2 You must not manipulate or modify the affiliate link.

5. Commissions and Payments

5.1 Commission Eligibility:

  • Commissions will be earned on qualifying purchases made through your affiliate link after successful active registration and purchase participation by the referred user.

5.2 Payment Schedule:

  • Payments will be made 30 days after the referred user’s active registration and purchase participation of courses.
  • As QLearnX’s refund policy allows users to request a refund within 14 days of purchase, commissions will be paid 45 days after the referred user becomes active and the payment is successfully processed. This ensures the course is not refunded and the referral is valid.

5.3 Payment Details:

  • Frequency: Payments will be made on a monthly basis, following the eligibility requirements.
  • Payment Method: [e.g., PayPal, Bank Transfer].
  • Minimum Threshold: Commissions will only be paid once your balance reaches [insert threshold amount].

5.4 Withholding Rights:

  • QLearnX reserves the right to withhold commissions in cases of:
    • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
    • Non-compliance with these terms.
    • Refunds or chargebacks associated with the referred purchase.

6. Termination

6.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.

6.2 Upon termination:

  • You must stop using QLearnX affiliate links.
  • Outstanding commissions will be paid if they meet the payment threshold and are not associated with fraud or violation of terms.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Affiliates may use QLearnX logos, banners, and promotional materials as provided. Unauthorized use or modification of QLearnX intellectual property is prohibited.

7.2 All rights to QLearnX trademarks and content remain with the company.

8. Liability

8.1 QLearnX is not liable for:

  • Damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.
  • Errors or interruptions in the affiliate tracking system.

9. Amendments

9.1 QLearnX may update these terms from time to time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law
